About Gracie
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Gracie! Though Gracie is technically a senior, her zest for life is as bright as any puppy's. At 11 years old, Gracie radiates joy with her ever-present smile and wagging tail, always eager to explore new sights and scents. She was once adopted at age 9, but recent changes in her adopter's circumstances brought her back into the care of the rescue. Gracie is the perfect ambassador for pit-mix dogs—she is gentle, curious, and highly motivated by treats and affection. Whether lounging peacefully at home or joining you for a car ride, she will quickly become your steadfast companion. This lovable, larger-sized girl has enjoyed sunny days around Lake Union, indulging her Labrador love of swimming, though she needs a float vest due to her pittie heritage. Whether she's retrieving sticks or simply enjoying a good belly rub, Gracie fills every day with softness and happiness. While friendly with other dogs on leash, she truly thrives as the only dog in the household. To ensure her comfort, a home without young children and ideally with a backyard would suit her best. She enjoys plenty of outdoor time and the affection of those around her. Gracie does manage some health issues, such as mild arthritis and spinal stiffness, but these don't dampen her enthusiasm for life. Daily medication keeps her comfortable and ready for every adventure. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Gracie will brighten your home with unwavering love, ready to give and receive endless affection. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
