Nacho came in with scars near her mouth, we believe someone put a snare in her mouth...She is sweet and outgoing, but does not like other dogs. She is an adult and 55 lbs. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals.
