Loki was surrendered from a bad home after several years of physical abuse and being chained to a porch. He is under weight but is getting better day by day with regular meals. Loki is warming up to us and starting to play. He will need a home that understands his past and willing to work with him. Seems to like other dogs so far with the interactions he has had at the fence with others, but will need fed separately because he doesn't want to share. He is going to be neutered soon. Housetrained. Would be best in a home without children or cats.
