Fleming is a beautiful 3-year old female Pit Bull Terrier mix who was found on Greenlees Road in the Fleming, Ohio area. Thanks to Pet Search Alliance who successful confined Fleming until our HSOV staff picked her up and brought Fleming to HSOV on October 31, 2025. Fleming has a black short smooth coat with a large patch of white on her chest, a long tail, and a lovely face with expressive brown eyes, a tiny white stripe on her muzzle/forehead, and short floppy ears. Fleming is understandably a bit nervous being in an unfamiliar place with so many other dogs nearby, but she has already shown her sweet personality to our HSOV kennel techs/staff who have gained her trust. Fleming weighs 50 lbs. Thanks to HSOV Lead Canine Kennel Tech Emily Beaver for accompanying Fleming outdoors for her glamour photos on on November 1st. Fleming posed beautifully for pictures with Emily by her side. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Fleming was held for the mandatory three-day stray hold so that her family would have an opportunity to reclaim her with proof of ownership. Surprisingly nobody called or came looking for Fleming. She is now available for foster with an approved HSOV Foster/Adoption Application. Fleming will be spayed before being officially adopted.
