Meet Juniper! Junie and her buddy found themselves in some trouble after running into a (not so nice) friend in the middle of nowhere. ??? We're not sure how they got to be in the middle of nowhere (although we could hazard a guess). We sought treatment for them at the emergency vet, but some itty bitty quills are still working their way out. (They're under close observation to ensure they don't have to go back to the vet!) They are on a few medications to help their recovery. Despite being pricked, poked, and prodded over the last several days these dogs have remained sweet and very personable! Junie is the sweetest gal! She loves playing with toys in the yard, and is so affectionate! She has been very patient with us yanking out migrating quills over the last couple days. We can't say enough good things about this gorgeous gal! If we had to guess she is probably right around two to three years old. She looks like a Labrador Retriever, but honestly she could be mixed with anything! Weimerainer, Hound, etc. She does well with her buddy (guessing he's probably her son). She can be a little bossy toward him when he gets too rowdy with us. She's a perfect referee and likes to keep his playful puppy energy in check!
