Meet Chloe, a delightful 8-year-old female American Pit Bull Terrier mix whose journey is nothing short of a movie script! 🌟 Brought to the HSOV after hours on May 3, 2024, with her best buddy Joker (who's already found his forever home!), Chloe was rescued thanks to the kindness of a Washington County Ohio Deputy Sheriff and our amazing HSOV Executive Director. A heartfelt note accompanied these two pals, ensuring we knew their names and ages. ❤️ Chloe shines with a stunning tan coat, adorned with a distinctive patch of white on her chest, charming white toes, and a long, swaying tail that captures attention! Her beautiful face, complete with brown 'teddy bear' eyes and a hint of black shading on her muzzle, simply melts hearts. 🥰 With her semi-erect ears, she looks ready for cuddles and adventure! With her friendly and easygoing demeanor, Chloe has become the belle of the ball! Thanks to the dedication of our HSOV Kennel Techs, she went from a hefty 117 lbs to a fabulous 73 lbs. Can we get a round of applause for those fitness goals? 🎉 Now, she struts her stuff with confidence, and you wouldn’t even recognize her! Chloe's a star at events, showing everyone just how wonderful dogs can be with kids and other furry friends. And oh, her claim to fame? Perfect pitch snoring! Yes, this girl knows how to nap like a pro! 😴 Although Chloe was adopted on September 6, 2025, her journey took another turn when she found herself back at HSOV on September 10th. Her new family didn’t realize how big she truly was, and she was having some challenges going up and down steps. But worry not!
