Buddy is a magnificent 3-year old male Pit Bull Terrier mix who was surrendered by his owner on March 2, 2026 along with Cocoa (a senior female Pit Bull Terrier mix) who had shared his home. Buddy and Cocoa became homeless because their owner could no longer care for them. Buddy has a tan short-haired coat with a patch of white on his broad chest, a long tail, and an adorable face with brown eyes, a dusting of white on his muzzle, a liver-colored nose, and short semi-erect ears. Buddy has a super-sweet smile. This handsome guy has a happy, outgoing personality and thoroughly enjoyed his 15-minutes of fame when HSOV Shelter Manager Tracy Lynn Moore spent time with him outdoors on March 6th and showered him with attention. Buddy was a natural for the camera lens while he posed for the paparazzi. Buddy is a fairly big guy with a stocky build who weighs 76 lbs, and he walked well on a leash for Tracy.
