About Nika
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Nika is a striking Siberian Husky with one blue and one brown eye, radiating canine joy and energy in every moment. At just 11 months old, she overcame a painful eye condition and now has a new lease on life. True to her Husky roots, Nika is playful, energetic, and bursting with personality. She absolutely loves other dogs and thrives in homes with young, playful canine friends and lots of space to let loose. A securely fenced yard, at least 6 feet high, is essential for this athletic jumper. Her happiness is infectious—just a few minutes with her and you can't help but smile. Nika needs a savvy adopter familiar with the active and clever Husky temperament. She isn't suited to being left alone for long periods and flourishes with plenty of enrichment, such as doggy daycare, if you're out of the house. If you've been searching for a sweet and fun Husky to join your family, Nika is ready for her next adventure. She is fostered in North Carolina but is available for adoption throughout the eastern U.S. All animals with Husky Education and Rescue Team live in foster homes where their personalities shine and adopters are fully educated about the breed before committing. Let's make it official, apply to adopt!
