About Nick

Nick is a 1.5-year-old Siberian Husky with a bold personality and those signature sharp Husky eyes. He's a classic husky—endlessly energetic, clever, and always looking for adventure. He needs a home that truly understands the high-octane spirit of the breed. Nick’s past included a stint in the wrong family, where his strong-willed nature and natural mischief were misunderstood, leading to a return to the shelter. Since then, he’s landed with a rescue that knows him well. Nick is wired for activity. He thrives with enough physical and mental stimulation and loves wrestling with other playful dogs. He gets along with both males and females and does best with canine friends who aren’t intimidated by roughhousing. Nick is housebroken, crate trained (but needs a tough crate—he’s strong and persistent), and vocal on occasion. Despite still being in a mouthy phase, he has a good foundation and is eager for a patient home without small children. He’s built for a home with a fenced yard or with folks ready for vigorous leash walks, dog park visits, or doggy daycare. Nick is ready for a family that wants adventure and understands huskies. He’s waiting in Millersville, MD, but can travel along the East Coast if the right people come along. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
