CLYDE is a 9 year old mixed breed taken in with Bonnie on 7/5/24. They were found traveling together. At first, their behavior together gave the impression that they were bonded. However, after almost 2 months in our care, their adjustment has shown that they can be adopted into different homes and may fare best separated. Clyde is a good walker and can be a ham, like he was for a visit to a local nursing home. While there, he was happy to show off his charm and everything he knows, including: shake, paw, lay down and roll over. At intake, Clyde had a tumor between his neck and left shoulder, which has been removed. He also tested positive for heart worm and has been treated. Clyde is house broken. His adoption fee is $75. He is neutered, current on shots, wormed, treated with monthly heart worm and flea preventive and microchipped. Our adoption fees ONLY cover basic medical care for the animals in our charge. The additional medical costs associated with Clyde's heart worm treatment and to have his tumor surgically removed and tested are not covered by our adoption fees.
