Meet Cassidy! Cassidy is a sweet and sassy girl who came to us with her brother. With some TLC and healthy meals, she’s blossomed into a happy, playful, and affectionate pup. She has the goofiest smile that always looks like she’s up to mischief—but in reality, she’s just full of love. Cassidy loves to play with her foster brother Finnegan, but she’s just as happy entertaining herself with toys or soaking up the sun on a dog bed. She’s respectful in the house, fully house-trained, and settles quietly in her crate when needed. She’s not a big barker, and her calm energy makes her easy to have around. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and currently lives with small, medium, and large dogs, as well as children. Cassidy loves to meet new people—she may get a little jumpy with excitement at first, but she quickly settles into cuddles and hugs. She’s super affectionate and loves to stick close to her people like Velcro. Cassidy enjoys walks, learning new things, and games like fetch or tug-of-war. She’s making great progress with her leash manners and knows a few commands already. With her soft, bouncy play style and adaptable personality, she could fit into just about any home—whether with other dogs or as the center of attention. Her favorite things? Sunbathing, goofy play sessions, hugs from her people, and the occasional chicken foot treat.
