Noxina is a four-year-old pittie mix whose story took a sharp turn when her previous owner surrendered her for being "too much responsibility." She arrived at the shelter extremely underweight and shut down, landing on the urgent list only to be saved by the quick work of volunteers and a foster family. In their care, Noxina put on healthy weight, found her spark, and blossomed into an affectionate, easy-going companion.
