About Clover

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Clover is a young shepherd mix, estimated to be about 1 year old, searching for a loving home. He has met both male and female dogs; while he was more relaxed and ready to play with a male dog after introductions, he found a female dog to be a bit shy and less interested in making friends. Clover hasn’t met any cats or kittens, and his interactions with children haven’t been observed at the shelter, so a meet and greet is highly recommended to ensure a good fit. Clover enjoys the company of both men and women and would do best in a home that is comfortable with slow introductions, taking the time to help him settle using the 3/3/3 rule. Please note, Clover is code red and at risk for euthanasia due to barking, hard stares, and growling when approached in his kennel. He deserves a patient adopter willing to see past his fearful kennel behavior and give him the second chance he so deeply needs. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
