Burrito came to us from the Yuma Humane Society. He is estimated 8-9 years old and around 19# though he has lost a bit since coming into the rescue. He does have some health issues that will require lifelong medication. He was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease as well as a collapsing trachea but is doing much better now (rescue will sponsor 1/2 the cost of meds for the first year). He will need continued weight management to stay at his healthiest self. He also has one eye with a developed cataract so is likely mostly blind in that eye. Burrito can be a little aloof initially but is sweet once he warms up and feels safe. He is good with other dogs of all sizes. Burrito is doing well with the potty routine in his foster, walks nicely on leash and is crate trained though is also able to be left free in the home with no issues.
