About Oreo
Meet Oreo! Oreo is a traditional Border Collie with a vibrant personality and a strong desire to please his human. Having come from a challenging breeder-hoarding situation, he can be a bit fearful when introducing himself to new people or situations. However, once he warms up, his loving and loyal nature shines through. He thrives on companionship and activity, making a dedicated home essential for his well-being. Oreo prefers to be the only pet in the home, as he does not get along with other dogs and can become jealous of attention. It's also best that he isn't around children unless there's close supervision, given his potential for jealousy. As an active breed, he requires plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy. He has a great personality and brings so much joy. At 8 years old and around 45 lbs, Oreo is neutered and current on his vaccinations. He is crate trained, house trained, and leash trained, exhibiting good manners and enjoying structure. Oreo loves being close to his person, especially outdoors, and will let you know when he needs to go outside. Building a strong bond with his human is very important to him, and he would love to be included in daily life. With patience and understanding, he could be a devoted friend. Are you ready to give Oreo the forever home he deserves?
