About Rowlf
Click apply to start the adoption process. Rescued from a city shelter where he faced euthanasia, rowlf now enjoys a second chance at a happy life. Originally believed to have a torn ligament, the vet discovered instead that he has luxating patellas in both knees, and due to compensation, some hip issues. He also tested positive for heartworm, but thanks to incredible care, he has received needed surgeries for his hips and knees, plus heartworm treatment. Since coming into foster care, rowlf has proven himself to be nothing short of remarkable—well-mannered, loving, and truly affectionate with everyone he meets. His foster family describes him as the "perfect dog" and feels truly fortunate to have had him in their home. Rowlf is dog selective and tends to prefer canine friends of a different color than himself. Born on September 20, 2018, rowlf is a charming Virgo—known for their sweet and loyal personalities!
