Rowlf
AvailableRowlf is a senior, neutered male Pit Bull Terrier, about 7 years and 8 months old, and lives in Wichita, KS. He sports a beautiful red/chestnut/orange coat. Rowlf is up to date on his vaccinations and has overcome significant medical challenges, but he is currently doing well. His gentle nature and striking color make him stand out in any crowd.
About Rowlf
Rowlf went through a tough start, showing up as a stray and initially labeled for euthanasia due to medical concerns. He was wrongly diagnosed with a torn CCL but instead has luxating patellas in both knees, which also put strain on his hips. He tested positive for heartworm as well, but he's tackled surgeries for his hips and knees, plus heartworm treatments—all with a calm, loving spirit. In foster care, Rowlf quickly proved himself as an unusually well-mannered, affectionate companion. His foster raves about his gentle nature and thinks anyone would be lucky to have him. Rowlf is dog-selective and tends to warm up to dogs whose colors are different from his own. He deserves a steady, caring home where he can keep shining as the good boy he is. Born September 20, Rowlf is a Virgo—steady, resilient, and a true companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
