About Klondike
What are you waiting for? Apply today! What would you do for a "Klondike" dog? Klondike is a young medium-sized Pit Bull Terrier/Shepherd mix who is gradually blossoming each day. Thanks to the dedication of his first foster home, he’s started to come out of his shell: he now enjoys playing with other dogs, follows the pack inside and outside, and bravely ventures out of his kennel on his own. Though humans can still seem a bit intimidating to him, Klondike allows gentle affection and is no longer hiding completely from the world. His safe place remains the living room dog bed, but a growing spirit of curiosity has him exploring more and more. This sweet boy is kennel trained and has not had any accidents indoors. Klondike will need an adopter who understands that new things are scary for him and who is patient, compassionate, and willing to gently encourage him to try new experiences. For anyone ready to open their heart to a shy dog and help him continue his journey, Klondike is waiting. Did you know Klondike's birthday makes him a Gemini? Geminis are said to have curious minds and love learning new things! Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
