About Sage
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Sage, born on February 8, 2025, under the inventive sign of Aquarius—a sign known for intelligence and a love of play! Sage came into the world after her mom Helena was rescued from a crowded shelter, bringing hope and new beginnings with her arrival. She is one of six adorable puppies, likely a mix including Chihuahua and Terrier, and expected to remain small at maturity—though adopters should keep an open mind in case she grows larger than predicted. Sage is a bright, white and tan little puppy with a short, easy-care coat. She has already been to the vet for checkups, received deworming treatments, and is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations. Spaying and microchipping are included with her adoption—these will be completed at the appropriate time by the rescue’s veterinarian. Sage is house trained and ready to start a lifetime of learning and love with her lucky new family. She is playful, sociable, and will be ready to join her forever home in early June. Local adopters in the Barrington IL area are welcomed to apply and offer this precious puppy the loving home she deserves. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
