Manny is a 1-year-old Beagle/Labrador Retriever mix with a soft nature and an easygoing spirit. Affection seems to come naturally to him—he's warm with everyone he meets, only sometimes showing a shyness that fades within moments. He’s lived alongside cats, dogs of all sizes, rabbits, birds, turtles, and even a temperamental goat, so he’s well-practiced in getting along with all sorts of company. Manny’s personality is trusting, playful, and gentle. His favorite things are group play sessions with other pups, long walks, car rides, trail hikes, and splashing in water. People often remark on how silky his short fur feels, nearly as soft as his personality. He’s house-trained and crate-trained, responds well to guidance, and thrives with positive reinforcement. Training flows naturally with him, and he really wants to please. Manny gets along with kids and would fit best with an active family—especially one with playful dogs—who can nurture his adventurous streak but also enjoy slow days at home.
