About Pearl
Meet Pearl — our resilient little senior who is finally getting the second chance she always deserved. Pearl came to Ozzy’s Oasis after enduring unimaginable neglect. Found emaciated and locked inside a room without food or water, she has somehow retained her love for people. And when we say she loves her people, we mean she truly LOVES them. Pearl is a delightful companion who gets along with dogs, cats, and children. An absolute couch potato and professional shadow, she’ll happily follow you wherever you go, whether it's lounging in front of the TV or napping. Pearl is working on potty training, so her future family will need to provide ongoing patience and consistency. Having spent so much time indoors, learning where outside is the right place to go will take some time. But she's making strides and will thrive with a loving family. Since gaining weight and recovering from surgery to remove an oral tumor, she has transformed from a frail dog into a happy and affectionate senior. Pearl is the epitome of resilience, overcoming far more than any dog should, yet her heart remains full of love. Now, she’s looking for her perfect retirement home filled with a soft couch, a predictable routine, and plenty of affection. After everything she’s been through, Pearl deserves a life full of joy and the spoiling she has earned.
