Boomer is an 8 year old Viszla that has been waiting almost a YEAR to be chosen. This active guy loves other dogs, is great with kids, house trained and kennel trained. He loves to go for long walks with his nose to the ground, but he will take off after small critters so a leash or fence is needed until he has been trained. No cats for him, please. Boomer is still fairly active for an older dog and does best with a fenced yard and daily walks where he can use his sniffer. Then he is content to come inside and crash out on the couch with you. Boomer is available Nov 7th. Please do the email at https://www.homewardboundrescue.com/application/dog
