At just 9 pounds, Dana is a tiny bundle of sweetness who is ready to leave her mothering days behind and start a wonderful new chapter of her life. After raising several litters of puppies, it's finally Dana's turn to be pampered and cherished. Dana gets along great with other dogs, and her petite size makes her a lovely fit for many different types of households. Whether she's cuddling beside you on the couch, enjoying a cozy spot in her new home, or simply soaking up all the love and attention she deserves, Dana is ready to embrace the good life. This little lady deserves a family who will make her feel safe and loved for the rest of her days. If you are ready to open your heart and home to Dana, apply today and let her be your special girl! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
