Meet Sprout, 5-6 years old This sweet little Maltese weighs around 6 pounds and is super sweet. Sprout was rescued from a puppy mill, along with his brother Cooper, listed below. Sprout is shy when you meet him, which can lead to him being overlooked by many adopters. We know it's due to fear. For this reason, we have him also listed under our Safe Haven Sanctuary, where he will always be safe if he is never adopted. Since his rescue, he is LOVING life! He loves to run around the yard playing and enjoys climbing up to kiss you on your cheek. This little munchkin is used to being around other small dogs in the puppy mill, so we feel he would do best in a household with another small dog. Sprout had a complete dental where most of his teeth were removed. He also had blood work, and he's in excellent health. We look forward to hearing from you!
