The first time, a change in his owner's personal circumstances and a move to an apartment that couldn't accommodate him meant Arlo had to return to the shelter. We were hopeful that his next adoption would be the beginning of his happily ever after. He was recently welcomed into another home, and we truly hoped this would be the one. However, an unexpected work relocation to Alabama brought another major life change for his new family. The apartment secured for their move does not allow dogs, and once again, Arlo finds himself waiting for someone to give him a place to call home. Imagine being Arlo. You don't understand relationship changes, job relocations, or apartment restrictions. You just know that you were home, and now you're back at the shelter, waiting for someone to choose you again. And despite all of this, Arlo is still the same wonderful boy waiting for someone to love him. This handsome mahogany-brindle sweetheart is already neutered, does well with people of all ages, and is good with cats. He's an energetic boy who would love an active family, plenty of playtime, adventures, and a securely fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy life.
