About Cosmo

Meet Cosmo! This gentle soul is about to embark on a new adventure, and he’s hoping you’ll be right there with him. At approximately 5 years old, Cosmo is a handsome male with a striking white coat and chubby cheeks that make him irresistibly cute. He's had a rough start, having been found on the streets of Waterbury, Connecticut, but he’s ready to turn the page on that chapter. After being rescued and brought to the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF), he has received the care he desperately needed. He’s neutered, litter-box trained, and looking for a loving forever home. Despite his past, Cosmo has maintained an incredibly sweet and gentle disposition. He seeks a cozy environment, ideal for someone who enjoys the quieter moments in life. Whether you work from home or are retired, he would love to keep you company while you enjoy your morning coffee. Just imagine the bliss of shared afternoons, where he lounges happily in your lap. Cosmo is FIV-positive, but don’t let that deter you. With proper care and routine vet visits, he can thrive just like any other cat. He requires a bit of extra attention, which includes having a safe indoor environment and a specialized diet to keep him healthy. Additionally, he’d benefit from having a family who understands his unique needs and can provide a loving, stable home. He would do best as the only pet but can cohabit with other FIV-positive cats if they get along. Cosmo has so much love to give, and he’s eager to find the right person to share it with. He’s not looking for adventure; just a soft place to sleep and a hand to pet him as he settles into his new life. Can you be the one to offer him the happily ever after he deserves? Cosmo is ready to meet his new family, so click to apply and start this beautiful journey together!
