About Darius
Darius is a 3.5-year-old neutered male with a big personality and a distinctive black and white tuxedo coat. He’s playful at heart—he’ll chase toys and often seeks out people to be in the thick of whatever’s going on. That said, he’s very vocal and doesn’t like to be left out; you might find him following you around, making sure he’s in the loop. Darius craves attention but on his own terms. He prefers not to be picked up or cuddled on laps and can spook easily with noise or sudden movements. He does not get along with other cats and needs to be the only feline in the home. He’s fine with dogs and children, as long as he has some personal space. Due to a history of urinary crystals, Darius needs a prescription urinary diet going forward. He’ll also require a high-sided or covered litterbox, since he tends not to crouch too low when using it. If you want to foster, he’s happy having his own room or space to himself. Vaccinations are current, and he’s been tested for common feline diseases.
