He came to Fur Fun Rescue from the Iowa City shelter, and he deserves a stable place to call home. Oreo is friendly with other dogs and cats, although he has his own opinions and a bit of a stubborn streak—typical for a wise old guy like him! Oreo is currently on a journey to a healthier weight, having lost four pounds following a good diet. With a bit more care and attention, he’ll reach his ideal weight. As a hypoallergenic dog, he’ll also need regular grooming to maintain his lovely long coat. Oreo will thrive in a home with a physically fenced yard to keep him safe. He's neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and has recently had blood work and a dental cleaning. If you can offer him patience and love, Oreo will return it tenfold.
