About Bowie

Meet Bowie! This loyal five-and-a-half-year-old mix of German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, and Australian Cattle Dog shines with charm and a striking tricolor coat. At a sturdy 65 pounds, Bowie is a calm, affectionate companion who enjoys the simple things in life—basking in the sun, leisurely walks, or curling up with his favorite stuffed animals for a cozy nap. His playful howls, reminiscent of his Husky heritage, are sure to bring a smile to your face! Bowie has completed formal obedience training and proudly knows commands like sit, down, shake, and circle. He travels beautifully, adores car rides, comes when called, and settles peacefully when left alone, often finding a quiet spot to relax. His laid-back nature makes him a wonderful fit for someone who appreciates a predictable routine and enjoys quiet companionship. Having been a thoughtful friend, Bowie prefers a calm adults-only home with a low-key lifestyle and thoughtful introductions to visitors. While he once shared a home with a cat, he needs to be the only dog in his next family. He is healthy, neutered, microchipped, house-trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Plus, he eats Hill's Science Diet to support his sensitive stomach. If you're looking for a faithful companion to share peaceful days and cozy evenings with, Bowie may be the one.
