About Nova
Meet Nova, a spirited 6-month-old black female Lab mix weighing about 45 lbs. This pup has shown incredible resilience after enduring an accident, leaving her unable to move her back legs for days before being rescued. Nova suffered a broken pelvis and femur, but thanks to her surgery and dedicated foster care, she’s recovering beautifully and is regaining her strength. Nova is thrilled to explore her home off-leash, and enjoys her daily leash walks, expending her puppy energy while building muscle. Although she’s on the mend, it’s important to keep her from running too much until later this month. With a loving heart, she adores being petted and is learning to be calm indoors, though she can still be mouthy. Crate training is underway, and she sleeps well through the night on her dog bed. Nova gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful companion. She’s also good with older children, making her an excellent addition to a family. While there's no information about her interactions with cats, her friendly nature suggests she may adapt well. Nova is fully vaccinated and microchipped and will be spayed soon. If you're looking for a lovable, affectionate puppy to brighten your home, Nova could be the perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
