Meet Jacinto! Jacinto is a charming Papillon mix looking for his forever home in Oregon. This small, friendly boy is settling into his temporary foster home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where he’s ready to embark on his new adventure. His rescue journey began at Lake Chapala, Mexico, and thanks to dedicated teams on both sides of the border, Jacinto and his friends have made it to the safety of our care. As he continues to adjust, we’ll learn more about his personality and share updates and photos. Jacinto is an adult dog, around 2 years old, and is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
