About Fauna

Fauna is an almost six-month-old Lab mix packed with personality, energy, and an absolute love for life. This playful pup weighs just under 30 pounds and appears to have no concept of personal space. She zips around with her favorite toy in her mouth, always ready for a game. Stuffed, squeaky, or chew toys? You name it, she adores them all! But it’s not just playtime for Fauna; she’s also an expert cuddler. While she thinks she’s a lap dog, she is still learning the boundaries, preferring to be right on top of her favorite people. Having been rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, Fauna journeyed to Michigan after a loving stint with her foster family. Fauna thrives in a home with dogs, cats, and children—she’s currently living harmoniously with two dogs and three kids under 12. Known for her friendliness and social nature, she loves being in the mix. Fauna is spayed, fully vetted, microchipped, and house trained. She knows how to sit and is making steady progress with her potty training. Her ideal home would be an active family with a fenced yard where she can unleash her puppy energy. Fauna longs for a loving family that can appreciate her vibrant spirit and willingness to engage in new adventures. If you’re searching for a fun-loving and affectionate companion who brings joy with every wag, Fauna could just be the perfect fit! Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
