About Rosie

Rosie is a sweet, 3-year-old St. Bernard who was surrendered along with her sister due to their owner’s inability to manage them. Rosie weighs 90 lbs, making her a petite version of her breed, and she could stand to gain a little more weight. She gets along well with other dogs at the Sanctuary but prefers to be the only dog or paired with a male. She has quickly adjusted to life with cats, even though she hadn’t met any before. A real cuddle bug, Rosie loves being close during movie nights. She was previously around young children and did wonderfully with them. Rosie is house and crate trained, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. She does need a fenced yard for her safety. If you’re interested in meeting Rosie, please reach out for an application. An in-person Meet and Greet is required before adoption, so be prepared to travel to Dittmer, MO, for that. Your new best friend is just one click away.
