About Bunny

Make their next chapter their best one yet. How do you think she looks—with that cool, stoic charm and gentle eyes? Bunny knows she hasn't quite mastered the model look, but she’s hoping to catch your attention in her own authentic way. Deep down, she would rather say, "I’m Bunny, your new best friend," or "I’m Bunny, and I’m ready to brighten your days!" Though a bit nervous in the shelter, Bunny has hope for brighter, smile-filled days ahead. At just two and a half years old, she has so much life yet to live and so much love to give. Life in unfamiliar surroundings can feel overwhelming, but Bunny stays hopeful knowing she’s a truly good dog who just needs someone special to see her potential. Bunny is well-behaved, food-motivated, trainable, and openly affectionate once comfortable. She’s thoughtful with her affection—enjoying time to get to know people before offering her heart. She’s lived with young children and cats and has done well with them. When it comes to other dogs, Bunny might do best as the only dog in the home for now, as she was previously returned after a conflict with smaller dogs. A dog companion closer to her size (65 lbs) might be a good fit with careful introduction. Bunny would make a wonderful best friend, loyal walking buddy, and loving family member. She’s eager for the chance to find her person, let the sunshine in, and discover her happiness again! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
