He is currently receiving treatment for a tick-borne infection and is scheduled for neuter surgery and vaccinations soon.

At around 20 pounds and approximately one year old, he's an ideal size for anyone seeking an affectionate smaller pup. Prosciutto is ready to start his next chapter and needs a family who can provide him with the time and encouragement to thrive. He enjoys the company of other dogs, making him a great fit for a household with canine friends. At the veterinary clinic, he also got along well with a cat, so a home with feline friends could work too, as long as introductions are managed carefully. Right now, we are still getting to know how Prosciutto interacts with children, and we'll share more about his personality as we learn. Health-wise, he is currently being treated for Ehrlichia, a tick-borne illness, and has a neuter surgery and vaccine boosters scheduled soon. Prosciutto needs a loving home where he can feel secure, enjoy regular meals, and experience the joys of playtime and companionship.
