About Sheldon

Meet Sheldon, a charming and smart Giant Schnauzer mix who’s around 4.5 years old. This well-behaved boy is both crate and house trained, blending well in his foster home alongside other dogs. Sheldon came to us needing urgent care for a hind leg injury, which resulted in a successful TPLO surgery in August. He’s recovering well, though he still wobbles a bit on that leg, and follow-up xrays are scheduled for November to monitor his progress. Despite the recent challenges, Sheldon’s spirit shines through, and he’s ready to find his forever home. He gets along well with dogs and children, making him a fantastic family companion. If you’re willing to support his light rehab with some leisurely leash walks, he’d love to meet you. This sweet boy deserves a family who will give him the love he craves.
