Say hello to our Pal, Bernie! Bernie was picked up stray by our local shelter, and no one ever came for him. :( Bernie was soon placed on the euthanasia list for space in the overcrowded shelter. We couldn't let him lose his life after we saw how sweet he was with the volunteers! So, here he is! Bernie is estimated at about 6 years old and is a good boy! He's in a foster home with kids and does great with them. He also has lots of dogs in the home, and we've learned that he definitely wants to be the Man in Charge! He does great with some, as you can see in his video, but clashes with the alpha. For this reason we recommend any potential dog siblings should be on the submissive side, or of course he'd be great as an only dog.
