Meet Baby! This wonderful eight-year-old, 74-pound American Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier mix is living in Menlo Park, CA. With her brindle-and-white coat and the biggest brown eyes, Baby not only looks charming but also brings joy to everyone she meets. She adores curling up next to her favorite humans for belly rubs and has a playful side too, enjoying bursts of energy spent chasing squeaky toys or playing keep-away. Baby is calm and low-maintenance, often napping contentedly while you work from home. House-trained and well-mannered, she knows commands like Sit, Down, and Wait. While she enjoys socializing, especially paired with some treats, she can be cautious around unfamiliar men. Baby has not lived with children, but she accepts treats gently and is known for her patience. She needs to be the only pet in the home or can live happily with her best friend, Boogie. Baby is affectionate towards him and would be overjoyed to be adopted alongside him, though they can also be placed separately. She is not suitable for homes with other dogs or small animals, and her walks require some management when encountering other dogs. Baby comes with her medical insurance covered for the first year and a chance for a training consultation if desired. Having been rescued from Oakland Animal Services just before she was set to be euthanized, Baby has come a long way and is ready for her forever home.
