About Doris
Meet Doris, the charming 4-to-5-month-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing approximately 30 pounds. She's a delightful reddish and white puppy, full of sweetness. Doris's coat is long and fluffy, and under all that fluff lies a gentle spirit with a playful side. Anticipated to be a large dog, she might not occupy as much space as an adult Pyr, but thatโs yet to be seen. Her personality is a mix of happy-go-lucky and a hint of shyness, especially around new peopleโsheโll need some time to warm up and prefer the company of calm, respectful children. Doris gets along well with other dogs and may benefit from a canine friend, though sheโs not exactly the cat's best buddy. A securely fenced yard will help her as she builds confidence and learns leash skills. We're currently working on potty training and basic commands, so her new family will need to be patient and supportive. She loves toys and enjoys playing in water, but fetch? Not her game yet. Car rides are a breeze for her, settling calmly once secured. Doris is spayed and up to date on vaccinations, ready to find a forever home. Her ideal family will appreciate her gentle nature and understand the joy of giving her the space she needs to blossom. If youโre looking for a sweet, slightly suspicious bundle of joy, Doris could be the perfect fit for you. Ready to welcome her home? Click apply to start the adoption process.
