About Kira

Meet Kira! This lively gal weighs about 7-8 lbs and is estimated to be between 1 to 1.5 years old. As a mini schnauzer mix, possibly with a splash of Yorkie, her adorable traits make her more special. Kira is great for anyone needing a portable companion, fitting perfectly into a bag for outings. Kira shines in her foster home with several dogs, getting along well with all. She's friendly with humans too, and while we haven't seen her with young children, her calm demeanor suggests she would adapt well. Previously owned by someone who bought her from a breeder, Kira was at risk of being sold for breeding again. Luckily, she joined our rescue, and now she’s living the spoiled life she deserves. She's spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and ready for her forever home. Kira is currently in Puerto Rico but can fly to her new family once adopted. The travel process is straightforward and we have plenty of experience in arranging it. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions about adoption or travel! Get ready to fall for this sweet girl.
