About Paisley

Paisley is a purebred cocker spaniel who arrived at MCHS as an owner surrender due to rental restrictions. At about 7 years old, she is a calm and stocky lady. Adjusting to shelter life can be a bit unsettling for her, but it’s normal in these situations. We’re looking for a home where she can thrive, preferably with someone experienced with cocker spaniels, as they do have specific needs. Paisley would benefit from a somewhat calm environment and shouldn’t be left alone too much. Regular grooming will be necessary to keep her lovely coat, especially her ears and fluffy feet, in good shape. She has gotten along well with male dogs and older children but has no experience with cats. Adoption takes place by private appointment after completing an application. Mower County Humane Society is located in Austin, MN. We require potential adopters to be at least 21 years old. If you think you might be the right fit for her, consider submitting an application.
