While his exact weight and age in months are unknown, he enjoys being around other dogs and children, and he can learn to get along with cats too. Zach is looking for a home where he won't be left alone for long periods, and he needs training to help him grow into a well-mannered companion. He is located in Austin, MN.
About Zach
Zach is a lively pup who arrived at MCHS on July 12 along with his sisters after being fostered by another rescue. Born on April 27, these puppies are believed to be of pit bull type descent, and while we don’t know the identity of their father, they’re all brimming with energy and personality. He’s set to be ready for adoption towards the end of July after completing a vet check and receiving another distemper/parvo vaccination. His adoption fee covers all essential puppy shots, a microchip, as well as his rabies vaccination and neuter surgery, which can be coordinated with his new family. Zach is still in his playful puppy phase and will need guidance to develop good behaviors. He would appreciate a home where he won't be left alone for extended periods. This friendly guy is good with dogs and children, and with proper introductions, he should fit in well with feline companions too. It’s expected he'll grow to be a medium to large sized dog.
