Daisy is a delightful small, female Chihuahua/Beagle mix with a short coat, located in Covington, WA. She is house trained and has been spayed. Vaccinations are up to date, and she has special needs due to her thyroid condition but is adapting well. Daisy is sweet and gentle, making her a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a low-energy buddy. Although she’s shown to be fine with cats and tends to ignore them, she is not suitable for homes with young children. There's no adoption fee, so she’s ready to bring joy to her new family!

About Daisy

Meet Momma Daisy. This charming 6-year-old Chihuahua/Beagle mix weighs 22 lbs and embodies big-boned beauty. Despite her adorable, affectionate nature, she has hypothyroidism and requires lifelong medication, making her a candidate for a slower-paced lifestyle with some gentle daily exercise. Daisy came to us from a California shelter very pregnant and successfully delivered two adorable babies. Now that her motherly duties are fulfilled, she’s all set for a life filled with comfort and love. Although Daisy enjoys short walks and playtime with kids, her true passions lie in cuddling and following her favorite human around like a devoted little shadow. This adaptable girl will choose a favorite person but easily adjusts if they step away, seamlessly switching her affection to someone else in the room. Daisy is doing well with leash walks and demonstrates proficiency with the doggie door. She's likely to ignore cats and gets along well with dogs, though she prefers older kids. This sweet girl doesn’t demand much; just a cozy place to nap, her medication, and plenty of love in return. If you seek a low-key, loving companion, Daisy is ready to be your best friend.
