About Olive
Meet Olive! This approximately seven-year-old female Chihuahua mix weighs about 15 pounds. She arrived at the Frosted Faces shelter over a year ago, one of twenty-five dogs rescued from a severe hoarding situation. Initially fearful, Olive has made impressive progress in her social skills and is now ready for adoption. Though still a bit shy, Olive seeks out attention from familiar faces and loves a good scratch on her back. This sweet girl is known to kick her hind leg when you find just the right spot! Olive has done well with other small dogs in her kennel, though her experience with large dogs and cats is unknown. You may notice Olive has just one eye due to a past infection, but this doesn’t slow her down. She needs a patient and secure home that will allow her to adjust at her own pace. The moments when Olive decides to trust you will be truly rewarding. Olive’s adoption fee is waived and includes spay surgery, vaccinations, and a microchip.
