About Armando

Meet Armando, affectionately known as Armie. This 7-pound male Chihuahua packs a whole lot of love into his small frame. At around 10-12 years old, Armie enjoys his leisurely walks and keeps pace surprisingly well for his size. A true cuddle bug, he adores curling up in laps and snuggling on the couch. While toys don't entice him much, the sound of a crinkling bag gets his tail wagging in hopes of a treat. Armando thrives in a calm atmosphere, often napping beside his foster siblings on his dog bed. He maintains a mellow demeanor throughout the day but perks up during mealtime or when it's time for a walk. His magnificent ears are just an added bonus! Armando does well with gentle, calm dogs but probably isn't suited for homes with cats or small children. He's currently being fostered in Jersey City, NJ, and is available for adoption throughout the Northeast, with transport options available to Winchester, VA. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
