I paid to vaccinate and spay their mom and a sister from a previous litter that they kept. The owner/breeder docked their tails prior to coming into rescue. Mom is a chipin and dad is a minpin. So, they're essentially 75% minpin and 25% chihuahua which is why they're smaller than the minpin standard. If there are any fencing issues, make sure that repairs are done prior to the home visit. Typically, the adoption is finalized the day after the home visit and meet and greet. Out of area adopters would need to drive/fly in to meet the dogs and adopt.
