About Ruth

Ever wanted a walking stuffed animal? Meet Ruth, a delightful 4-month-old Great Pyrenees mix who currently weighs 27 pounds. She resembles a fluffy teddy bear, making it nearly impossible not to want to scoop her up and shower her with affection. With a charm that could make anyone abandon their tasks to swoon over her cuteness, Ruth is ready to fill your days with joy. This playful girl is still learning her puppy manners, so while she loves making friends with other dogs, she can be a bit exuberant in her greetings. She thrives in the company of other dogs and has a soft spot for her foster family’s 4-year-old male dog. However, if you’d prefer to make her your one and only, she would enjoy that too, as long as you’re ready to give her plenty of love and attention. Ruth has not yet met cats, but her foster suspects that her greetings might be a bit too enthusiastic for a feline. She would need careful introductions to ensure that friendships blossom smoothly. As for kids, while Ruth has not been around any, her friendly nature suggests she would do well with thoughtful introductions, keeping in mind her youthful energy. This energetic pup has a playful spirit and is eager to explore her surroundings, whether inside or outside. Ruth does well on a leash and has already mastered commands like “sit,” “down,” and “shake.” However, she’s still on her way to being fully potty trained and would benefit from a patient adopter. If you’re ready to give Ruth her forever home, location in Kiowa, OK is where to find this sweet girl waiting for someone who is willing to join in on the adventure of puppyhood.
