About Tracker
Tracker is a lively puppy who, along with his siblings, was surrendered by a family wanting the best for them. They provided what care they could until Tracker arrived at PUP, healthy and well-socialized. Currently, at about 7 weeks old and weighing around 6 lbs, his mother was a mid-sized dog, so Tracker may grow to a similar size, and adopters should be ready for any surprises. As for his heritage, we suspect Tracker has a blend of Australian Shepherd and Husky among other breeds, reflecting the diverse canine community he's a part of. He enjoys outdoor play and has started his potty training, but he’s still working on his bladder control. It's crucial for potential adopters to understand that the early months are vital for Tracker's social development. He'll need plenty of experiences with people, other dogs, and various sounds to grow into a well-rounded companion. This means puppy playdates, pet store trips, and puppy socialization classes are essential. If that sounds like a commitment you're ready for, Tracker could be the puppy for you! Tracker is vet-checked, vaccinated, and ready for his next adventure. He will need a spay or neuter by the time he's six months old, which is covered by the adoption fee if done at the PUP clinic. To adopt Tracker, you must be at least 21 years old, and everyone in your household should be on board with bringing a puppy into your lives. If you’re interested, call 651-645-4370. Tracker can go to his new home after October 9. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
