About Zuma
Zuma is excited to meet you! He'll be at a meet and greet/adoption event at Arbeiter Brewing in Saint Paul, MN, on Saturday, October 3, from 12 to 3 PM. This is a great chance to get some cuddles in and see if he's the perfect addition to your family. Zuma, a charming little pup, comes from a litter of six rescued by PUP when their mother was abandoned. He is around 9 weeks old and currently weighs 9.1 lbs. His playful nature hints that he might grow into a medium-sized dog, likely a mix of German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd. In his foster home, he’s been practicing his bathroom skills and is eager for outdoor adventures. Socialization is key for puppies, and Zuma needs exposure to a variety of experiences and other dogs to build his confidence and skills. He thrives in environments full of excitement, from meeting people to exploring different sounds. Adopters should be ready to engage him in plenty of activities like puppy play dates and socialization classes. At the moment, he is vaccinated and has been dewormed. A required alteration procedure will be covered by the adoption fee if completed at the PUP clinic by six months of age. To adopt, you’ll need to be at least 21 years old and have everyone in your household on board with the decision. Renters must show proof of permission to have a puppy in their home, and a vet reference may be requested if you have other pets. If you’re ready for the joy and energy a puppy brings, make sure to reach out! Click apply to start the adoption process.
