Meet Ricky, a charming Dachshund who was found as a stray in Southeast Texas. After being brought into the caring arms of All Texas Dachshund Rescue, Ricky successfully completed treatment for heartworm and is now ready to find his forever home. This handsome guy is about 3 and a half years old and weighs 17 pounds. He’s crate trained but prefers snuggling up in bed when given the chance. Ricky is social and loves to explore, so a securely fenced yard is a must. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes and interacts positively with cats, as long as they stand still!
