About Willow

Willow faced a tough start but is now thriving after being rescued. Initially found at just 25 pounds, she quickly gained strength and is at a healthy 70 pounds now. As a purebred Bluetick Coonhound, she boasts striking tricolor markings. Willow is an affectionate and energetic companion, enjoying her outdoor runs followed by cozy naps. She is great with people and gets along well with other dogs, making her a perfect addition to a friendly home. However, she does not get along with cats due to her strong hunting instinct. Although she's not house trained yet, her intelligence and eagerness to please make training a rewarding experience. Every dog adopted from Green Hills Animal Shelter is spayed, current on vaccinations, and comes with a starter bag of Hills Science Diet food to ease the transition. Ready to meet Willow?
